I stumbled across this podcast by interacting with James on a RE page. I’m so glad I did! Hands down my favorite podcast. These guys keep it real and ask very good questions that most of us are thinking when listening to other podcast that just aren’t asked. They are also very relatable to many investors and seem to get good guests with a mix of investing strategies and knowledge of complimentary skills you need as an investor. Would like to see them do 2 shows a week!

Good stuff!!!

I have been listening to REI podcasts for a few years now. I have listened to about 15 of these podcast over the last couple weeks and can say I am so impressed with the knowledge/ information in the episodes so far. I have been looking for info for seller financing and find that most podcasts are very vague on this topic. The real FI podcast did an episode that answered So many of my questions! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Practical and Motivating

Motivating and extremely helpful. I already learned a lot from the content these guys bring each week. If you are new to investing, the information that is provided isn't over your head, yet much is learned from even a more experienced investor. It seems like the same content is spread throughout many podcasts. Therealfi is different. They seem down to earth, humble and provide information in a way that makes sense and easy to put into place. Looking forward to the podcast each week. Thanks for all you guys do!

Can’t get enough

Great podcast. One of the best intro/deep dives into investing. Such a diverse series of investment related topics. Beneficial to all backgrounds of investment. Keep them coming guys! Also- great quality sound and editing. I can hear it perfect on all my devices and you never miss a beat in your dialogue. Love the Top 4 too! Keep on it guys!

Such a great podcast

I love this podcast, if you are interested in real estate, rental property investing and want to hear some great guests… this is a great podcast packed full of information. They ask really good questions to break it all down into simple clear cut steps.

The real deal.

These guys are great. They are the real deal. Practical experience, real life examples of the good and the bad for RE investors. If you are brand new or have a few properties underway, the information these guys share is very helpful. Great guest topics and discussions. Keep up the great podcasting fellas.

Solid Information for regular people.

The podcast provides great real life examples for escaping the grind, that are relatable to us every day working stiffs like myself. If you’re looking to upgrade your mindset and expose yourself to new ways of thinking that guide you towards financial freedom and time independence I would highly recommend giving this podcast a listen .

Humble smart people

I’ve been following Patrick for about 2 years and love to see where he goes in his journey. Once he opened up a podcast I was all about it. He brings on big players in the real estate game and breaks everything down for beginners like myself. I highly recommend anyone starting out, listen to a few episodes because there are all different ways to getting into the real estate field.

Relatable
