Rodney is utilizing FHA loans to acquire 4-unit multi-family properties that he renovates, improves, and forces major appreciation with. So far, Rodney has bought two 4-unit buildings with this strategy, which is great because each deal required that he put down very little capital to get started. The power of this househacking multi-family strategy can’t be overstated! Rodney’s goal is to get to 100 units owned individually, and eventually get into self-storage.
