The great debate! Cash flow versus appreciation.
When it comes to investments and real estate everyone always argues about whether you should focus on cash flow or appreciation. There are plenty of pros and cons to both sides, and Patrick and James dive in to give their perspective.
Investing is a delicate balance, and the biggest takeaway from this episode is that for any investment, make sure that no matter the worst case scenario you’ll be able to take care of any debt and maintenance expenses you have. After that, appreciation can be a fantastic way to leverage and grow your assets!
